Law Enforcement
We take great pride in training Police Officers, and offer special pricing for those who Protect & Serve as a memorial to Officer Paul Trotto. We have developed a unique Tactical Training program that places equal emphasis on functional strength training and conditioning to better prepare Officers for the rigors involved with their unique line of work.
Firefighters
Discounted pricing is also available for Firefighters and other First Responders. We employ a Contextual Training approach that incorporates real-world tasks designed to simulate the unique physical and psychological challenges faced by this constituency.
Physical Therapists
Physical Therapists train with us for free. This introductory offer is for physical therapists interested in experiencing our training first-hand. We know that once you train with us, you’ll recommend us to your clients. We believe in corrective exercise and have worked with all types of special populations. We have also developed our own “back to sport” approach to post-PT personal training that successfully transitions athletes coming back from injury.

Our proprietary Fitness Assessment is a great way to get started on a new fitness regimen.
